Laughter for Pain, Laughter for Healing, Laughter Forever

If there is one thing for certain, LAUGHTER carries an enormous wealth of power...in dealing with extreme pain...even the worst of pain...

In looking at many of my excruciating moments of agony & despair, I've always tried to draw upon the power of Laughter...whenever I could...

To feel that sense of happiness...radiate...thru my mind...down to my soul...and outward...beyond, has always gave me a huge lift in confronting my wicked adversary...pain...Some people say Chicken Noodle Soup is the best thing for a cold....well, throw down laughter...as the best medicine for any crazy ills, that come your way...

It alters your mood...it alters your senses...it sends you away from the pain that consumes you, that eats away at you...that rips apart at your insides...Ohhh yes....LAUGHTER...can go in and just pummel away...at all that bad stuff...which had rendered you hopelessly hurting...

LAUGHTER will go to war with you...into the trenches...into areas...no other form of healing can reach...because LAUGHTER does emit that tremendous goodness...that unbelievable joy...that shear awesome relief, just from a belly laugh or two...a heaping helping of happiness...that sends positive shockwaves...into any area of your mind or body...

Wow...it does all that...???

Yes...it surely does...!!!

And it's out there...the LAUGHTER is out there...You just gotta reach out...and grab it...

Only yesterday, I fell upon a funny little video clip on YouTube.com...called THERE'S NO ONE AS IRISH AS BARACK O'BAMA...Just a hilarious little video clip, with a happy, sweet little cheerful melody...that had you singing along...in laughter...watching the antics of our new President dispalyed as a cartoon character...

And then I settled down and watched the movie, BABY MAMA...a joyous little romp about a child-like, empty-headed girl, AMY POEHLER, pregnant, having a baby, for an ultra-business woman, TINA FEY...

To fade off...for 99 minutes...and sink into this hilarious story, that takes you thru the 9 months of this dubious duos, endless silliness, was surely a nice break, from any kind of stress, any kind of pain...that could come your way...

Anybody...can find that tremendous relief from pain...if they can somehow...break free...from its treacherous grip...on our souls...sometime...just by injecting a bit of HUMOR...into our lives.

Just as pain comes in all shapes and sizes....LAUGHTER also, comes in a vast array, of powerful positive, elements...all abound....around us...

Just open up your eyes...!!!...

And truly, some people do possess just a great deal of joyfulness & silliness & happy, happy feelings that always....ring true...in any given situation...That is truly a blessing upon itself, to take that ability...and send it out to others...to blast away...at the anger, the frustration and even the agony....gripping so many lives today...

Laughter, is a gift, you may think is taken, for granted, but it does resonate...throughout...and there is never a shortage of it, needed...

I'm not asking for you to walk around in a clown costume with a red nose and squirt-gun flower. But there are some great things, to be said, to bring laughter to others, and just watch it flourish before your eyes...that is quite magical...and quite profound...

The jokesters, the prankster, the silly-nillies, the classic clowns, the funny, funny people and cosmically clever creations...all keep this world a brighter, brighter place...amidst a world that has way too much negativity...crushing down on so many lives...

So why not...fire up that old funny movie...you love on DVD....???

So why not...read a funny book or catch a funny show on T.V....???

So why not, give someone a call, that doesn't expect it, and bring a ray of happiness and laughter, to somebody who needs a bit...of cheerfulness...right now...!!!...

If you've learned anything from what has been written above...you'll realize we all possess the gift of LAUGHTER...the power of laughter...the immense & intense genuine spirit...of bringing a smile to somebody's face...

You can use it wisely....

Or you can use it with a passion...

Just take this knowledge forward with you...this sense of "Happy Healing" not only to lift the spirit of others...in tremendous pain...but also, take heart, this will always leave YOU feeling good about yourself, as well....
